I like the URN proposal. Thomas, do you agree. If yes, I propose
to change the "Sourcing Organisation Naming Scheme" section into
"URN Naming Scheme" and recommend this as global identifier naming
scheme.

Two weeks ago I sent another mail to Lars Fisher. Still no reply.
Should I remove him from the authors list?
