> Hello GENI project teams, experimenters, and related researchers,
>
> The GEC19 demo and poster session is coming on MONDAY March 17, 2014 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. local time in Atlanta, Georgia. We thank Georgia Institute of Technology for hosting the demo and providing network connections to the demo floor. In order to coordinate the many teams supporting the demo session, we need your completed requests submitted via the GENI wiki by FEBRUARY 3, 2014. Because space is limited, we cannot accept late or incomplete requests. Depending on the number of requests received, we may not be able to accommodate all requests. We will notify anyone whose request is denied as soon as possible after February 3, and will try to make other arrangements for you during the conference if possible. Please submit a request even if you only want to show a poster during the GEC.
