As you probably all know, the IRTF (yes "R") approved the charter and formed the SDN Research Group at the start of this week. Would that be an appropriate place to initially take up the topic of inter-domain SDNs? I imagine the relevant area directors would want a very defined list of goals before an I*E*TF working group was formed.
