GOLE SLS document for final check

Dear GOLE Operators,

the date of the GLIF winter meeting is approaching and that would be
good to be well prepared for the discussions.

Regarding the SLA Task Force discussions the draft version (v0.7) of the
 GOLE SLS document has been prepared /many thanks to Walter van Dijk
(SURFnet) and Christian Todorov (Internet2)/. Please, find attached.

I'd like to kindly ask you to check the document carefully and try to
fill it out for your GOLE. The main aim of the SLA Task Force
discussions during the Catania meeting will be to solicit last comments
and fix it as final version (v1.0).
